		<description><![CDATA[Grits are rough-ground dried corn that&#039;s been cooked with water, basically a cereal like oatmeal. Definitely give them a try, though they&#039;re a bit of an acquired taste, due to their blandness. Best with cheese, though many people prefer them with butter and a bit of salt and pepper. Best thing about them is the odd texture.]]></description>
